Shipping, Tracking & Processing Policy

Thank you for shopping with Karstyles. We value your trust and aim to provide a clear and reliable shopping experience. Please take a moment to review the terms of our Shipping, Tracking, and Processing Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

Order Delivery Timeframe

Please allow up to 14 business days from the date of purchase to receive your order. This total timeframe includes both processing and shipping. While many orders arrive sooner, we kindly ask that you wait the full 14 business days before contacting us regarding your order.

When calculating the 14 business days, please keep the following in mind:

1.        Weekends are not business days – Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the count.

2.        Holidays are excluded – Any public holidays occurring during this window will extend the delivery timeframe.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available). For local pick-up orders, you will receive a separate email once your order is ready for collection.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re always here to help if your order has not arrived after the stated window.

 

International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping so customers around the globe can access and enjoy our products.

We currently ship to many countries worldwide. At checkout, you will be able to select your country from the list of available destinations. If your country is not listed, feel free to reach out to our customer support team we may still be able to accommodate your order.

Shipping options estimated delivery times, and rates for international orders will be shown during the checkout process. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please remember that these are only estimates customs processing and unexpected delays may impact final delivery time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your package’s journey. Keep in mind that tracking may not be available for all destinations or shipping services.

Duties, Fees, and Taxes

When placing an international order, please be aware that additional charges such as duties, import fees, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

·        Customer Responsibility
 Buyers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s customs policies. Any applicable duties, import taxes, or fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges shown at checkout.

·        Payment Upon Delivery
 Your local customs office may require payment of applicable duties or taxes before releasing your package for delivery. If these charges are not paid, your order may be delayed, held, or returned to us.

·        Country-Specific Requirements
 Since customs rules vary widely across countries, we strongly suggest that you check with your local customs office or relevant government authority to understand what fees may apply to your shipment.

By completing your purchase, you agree to take full responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or related fees that may be incurred during the import process.

 

Order Pick-Up

If you're located in or near Toronto, ON, you have the option to select Local Pick-Up at checkout as an alternative to shipping.

Please note that choosing Local Pick-Up does not shorten processing times or delivery windows. The same estimated timelines outlined in our Estimated Shipping Duration policy still apply. For instance, if your order is expected to ship within 7–14 business days, your Pick-Up Ready notification will also fall within that timeframe.

Once your order is ready for collection, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions, including the pick-up location, available hours, and any other relevant information. Pick-up orders must be collected during our standard business hours, as outlined in the notification.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely, we recognize that unforeseen issues can occasionally occur during transit, including lost or stolen packages.

·        Responsibility After Shipment
 Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS), responsibility for its delivery rests with them. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been shipped.

·        What to Do If Your Package Is Lost or Stolen
 If your package appears to be missing or has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting UPS directly to begin an investigation. They have the tools and authority to address such claims promptly.

·        Tracking and Shipping Insurance
 To help prevent issues, be sure to monitor your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. For added peace of mind, you may wish to select a shipping option that includes insurance coverage, when available.

Although we do not have control over your package once it leaves our facility, we’re here to support you through the process and will do what we can to assist as you work with the carrier.

  

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Karstyles. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

·        The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, including hair tags, bag, and any accessories provided.

·        Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date.

·        Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

 

How to Start a Return

If your order meets the above return criteria, please follow these steps:

1.        Contact Us: Email our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

2.        Receive Instructions: We will respond with the return shipping address and instructions.

3.        Package the Item: Repack the product securely in its original packaging, including all tags, bags, and extras.

4.        Ship & Track: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking number. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 

Returns & Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will proceed as follows:

·        Refunds: If your item is eligible, a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee and any original shipping charges. This fee covers the handling and customization involved in preparing your order.

·        Refunds will be processed within 2 business days and applied to the original payment method.

·        Please note that shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
